Day 12: Yellow Daisy Festival

Little yellow daisies creep up between the cracks of granite on and near Stone Mountain.  Hence, the name of the fall festival Stone Mountain hosts every year.  It's a big arts, crafts, and music show with everything from tire swings to soaps.  For me, it always signals the start of fall.  The air feels and smells different and since Fall is my favorite season, I love when Yellow Daisy Festival rolls around!

This year, the big trend seemed to be weather vanes and they had some really cool ones.  I always enjoy checking out the vintage jewelry and anything they might have for Halloween decorations.  It's fun just to walk around to see what's new each year.  Every year, you can count on clogging shows, kettle corn, and awesome people-watching...  Bring on the cooler weather!

Couldn't find any real yellow daisies, but they had lots of pretty flowers!
