North Dekalb AMC has been offering discounted tickets on weeknights ($5.25)! Adam also had a buy one get one free coupon. We wanted to check out Machete and figured if it sucked, it would only be a 5 buck loss... Luckily, it did not suck. If you're a Rodriguez fan then you'll enjoy all his usual elements: tongue in cheek cheez factor, gore galore, and gratuitous nudity (although, I'm not sure how much this film will help Lindsay Lohan's film career). If you realize going into it that it's not meant to be taken too seriously then you can sit back and just enjoy the throwback Mexploitation masterpiece this is. Afterwards, you'll no longer say "Muh-she-tee" but rather "Muh-che-tay".
